Fullness, Filled, Glory
Today we are going to put together scriptures on the glory and being full. The Spirit of God has put them in a sequence for me to share with you.
Isaiah 6:2, NLT
…Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty!
The whole earth is filled with His glory!
Colossians 2:9.10, KJV
For in Him (Christ) dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
And I am complete in Him which is the head of all principality and power.
John 1:10, Amplified Bible
For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift [heaped] upon gift.
Hebrews 2:14, KJV
For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge, the knowing of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.
Psalm 72:18,19, KJV
Blessed be the Lord God, the God of Israel, Who only does wondrous things.
And blessed be His glorious name forever: and let the whole earth be filled with His glory; Amen and Amen.
Habakkuk 3:3,4 KJV and Amplified Bible
…His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of His praise.
And His brightness was like the sunlight, as the light; bright beams, horns, rays streamed from His hand, and there was the hiding of His power, and there [in sunlike splendor] was the hiding place of His power.
2 Corinthians 4:6,7, KJV and Amplified Bible
For God Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, has shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
So as [to beam forth] the light for the illumination of the knowledge of the majesty and glory of God [as it is manifest in the Person and is revealed] in the face of Jesus Christ (the Messiah).
We have, we possess this precious treasure in earthen vessels, that the grandeur and exceeding greatness of His power may be shown to be from God and not from ourselves.
2 Corinthians 3:18, KJV and Amplified Bible
But we all, with open face (unveiled face) behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror, glass the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit.
Isaiah 58:8, Amplified Bible, Notice the conditions for this in the whole chapter.
…Righteousness shall go before you [conducting you to peace and prosperity], and the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.
Psalm 85:13 Amplified Bible
Righteousness shall go before Him and make His footsteps a way in which to walk.
KJV
Righteousness shall go before Him and shall set us in the way of His footsteps’
NLT
Righteousness goes as a herald before Him, preparing the way for His steps.
Philippians 4:19, Amplified Bible
And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
