Scriptures on the Tongue
In our last Pearls, we discussed the tongue and our mouths. Today we are focusing on scriptures concerning the tongue. As we look at them, speak them over yourself and let the Spirit of God take charge of what you speak.
Psalm 35:28
And my tongue shall speak of Your righteousness and of Your praise all the day long.
Psalm 51:14
…O God, thou God of my salvation: …my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.
Psalm 71:23,24 Amplified Bible
My lips shall shout for joy when I sing praises to You, and my inner being, which You have redeemed.
My tongue also shall talk of Your righteousness all the day long….
Psalm 126:2
Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The Lord hath done great things for them.
Psalm 45:1
…My tongue is like the pen of a ready writer.

My lips shall utter praise, when You have taught me Your statutes.
