Pearls of Wisdom

God’s Word is full of Him, Who is Wisdom. Jesus is spoken of as the Wisdom of God. In the Bible the book of Proverbs is a definite book of wisdom, which is to be studied. This page is dedicated to bringing the wisdom of God’s Word to you so that you may find daily wisdom for your own life.

God's Word Produces Results

Today we conclude our confession of scriptures concerning God’s Word.

Isaiah 55:10,11, Amplified Bible
For as the rain and snow come down from the heavens, and return not there again, but water the earth and make it bring forth and sprout, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth out of My mouth: it shall not return to Me void [without producing any effect, useless], but it shall accomplish that which I please and purpose, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

Personalized Confession:

God’s Word has gone forth out of His mouth. That is what my Bible is: It is God's Word that has gone forth out of His mouth. Just as the rain and snow goes forth from the heavens and falls on the earth and waters the earth and sprouts the seeds that have been sown in the ground, so is God’s Word that has gone forth out of His mouth. It produces results; it brings success to my life. As I speak the Word of God, it is alive with His voice. Every Word of God has a purpose. As I speak that Word, His purpose is accomplished in my life in this earth. Because His Word is effective and useful and accomplishes what He pleases and purposes, it shall prosper in my life and make me successful. God’s Word brings healing to my body. His Word brings salvation into my life. His Word brings prosperity to my spirit, my soul and my body. His Word sets me free and delivers me. God’s Word is designed to feed me and to sustain me all the days of my life. I will meditate on His Word day and night that I may walk in His ways and think His thoughts. Then I shall see His Word bring forth and sprout that which it was sent forth to do.

God Watches Over His Word

Jeremiah 1:12, KJV and Amplified Bible
Then said the Lord to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform it, for I will hasten my word to perform it. ,

1 Thessalonians 2:13, Amplified Bible
And we also [especially] thank God continually for this, that when you received the message of God [which you heard] from us, you welcomed it not as the word of [mere] men, but as it truly is, the Word of God, which is effectually at work in you who believe [exercising its superhuman power in those who adhere to and trust in and rely on it].

Colossians 3:16, Amplified Bible
Let the word [spoken by] Christ (the messiah) have its home [in your hearts and minds] and dwell in you in [all its] richness….

Titus 1:9, Amplified Bible
He must hold fast to the sure and trustworthy Word of God….

1 Corinthians 1:9
God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

Personalized Confession:

Thank You, Lord, for watching over Your Word to perform it for me. I know that You hasten, You are in a hurry to perform Your Word. Your effectual Word is at work in me because I believe. It is exercising its superhuman power on my behalf. Your Word is alive in me. I believe Your Word. I trust Your Word. I rely on Your Word. Your Word is working in me all the time. Your power is working in me through Your Word. Your Word is dwelling in me. Your Word is making its home in me. It is dwelling in my heart and mind in all its richness. I am holding fast to Your sure and trustworthy Word, Lord, because I know that you are faithful and reliable and trustworthy. I can depend on You.

God's True Word

Luke 1:38,37, Amplified Bible

Then Mary said, Behold I am the handmaiden of the Lord; let it be to me according to what you have said (your word, KJV)….
For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment.

Hebrew 11:11, Amplified Bible

…(Sarah) considered [God] Who had given her the promise to be reliable and trustworthy and true to His word.

Personalized Confession:

I am like Mary and Sarah. I consider God Who has given me His Word, His promise, to be true to His Word. He is faithful to His Word and to me with His Word. I can rely on what He says. He is not a man that He should lie. I can trust Him. What He says He means and He means what He says. Let it be done unto me according to Your Word. For with You God, nothing is impossible, and not one Word of Yours is without power or impossible of fulfillment. Every Word of Yours is full of Your power and waiting to be fulfilled in my life. Thank You, Lord, for Your powerful Word working in my life.

It Is Written

Matthew 4:4, Amplified Bible
It has been written, Man shall not live and be upheld and sustained by bread alone but by every word that comes froth from the mouth of God.

Personalized Confession:
I live by God’s Word. My life is upheld and controlled and sustained by the Word of God. My spirit man is fed the Word of God as I feed bread to my body. Both of them sustain me, one physically and one spiritually. I live by every word that comes out of God’s mouth. His Word is my very life. Without His Word I cannot live effectively in this world. I feed on God’s Word day and night, that I may think like Him and talk like Him. I am so grateful for Your Word, Lord. It is what keeps me going when life gets tough. It is what keeps me joyful when life is good. I feed on your word in the good times and the bad times. When I stay focused on your word, there are no bad times, only opportunities to overcome the challenges that come my way. Thank You Lord for Your Word. Without it, I can do nothing effective in this earth. Only Your Word will last forever for me. Your Word is eternal.

Born of the Word of God

James 1:18
Of His own will begat He us with the Word of Truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.

1 Peter 23,25
Being born again not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible by the Word of God, which lives and abides forever. But the Word of God endures forever….

Personalized Confession:

I have been created by God, born again of incorruptible seed. That seed is the Word of God, His Word of Truth. His Word in me lives and abides forever. His Word in me endures forever. Thank You, Lord, for Your Word, which lives in me always. Your Word is alive and keeps me alive. I am so grateful for Your Word, which is pure and perfect, making me what You desire me to be in Your Kingdom. This is so wonderful! I am living with the Word Himself dwelling in me, in my mortal flesh, with His power and authority. As I focus on this fact, I am set free from worry and anxiety. The Word, God Himself, is in me. His very life, His zoe life, His heavenly ability is in me, guiding me and keeping me on track. Hallelujah! I am a child of God Almighty, the Word of Truth Himself. As His child, I have access to all that is His----healing and health, prosperity, love, joy, peace, abundance, faith, self-control, patience, goodness and kindness and meekness. I am truly a blessed child of my dear Heavenly Father.

The Word of God Is Alive

Hebrews 4:12,13, Amplified Bible

For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart.

And not a creature exists that is concealed from His sight, but all things are open and exposed, naked and defenseless to the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do.

Personalized Confession

The Word that God speaks is alive and full of His power, and His Word is alive in me and full of His power. His Word is life to me. It brings His power to my life. God’s Word is effective in my life and operating to bring me into line with His ways and His thoughts. His Word is full of His life energy and fills me full of Himself. That Word is penetrating to the very fiber of my being, the deepest parts of my nature. And His Word analyzes my thoughts and the purposes of my heart. His Word exposes that which is not of Him, judges it wrong, and corrects the wrong.

Thank You, Lord for being there with me at all times through Your Word in my heart. Holy Spirit, I am so grateful that You are making Your Word alive in my life. Your Word is my teacher, my guide, my director and the leader of my life always. Thank You for the Life of Your Word.

The Word Was God

John 1:1-4,14
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The same was in the beginning with God.
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
In him was life, and the life was the light of men.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

Personalized Confession:
The Word is God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him, Jesus the Word (Revelation 19:13), and without Him was not anything made that was made. I was made by God, the Word. Since I was made by the Word, the Word sustains me and keeps me. As I speak God’s Word, His Word is activated in my life. Jesus The Word was made flesh and dwelled here on this earth. He came to bring the Truth of the Father and of the Kingdom of God. He is in me because I am born again. Jesus, the Son of God, the Word of God, my Redeemer, my Savior, my soon-coming King dwells in me. Hallelujah! I have the Word dwelling in me. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life and He is in me (John 14:6).

Frame Your World

I have been studying scriptures on the Word of God over the past week and would like to share a scripture a day with you concerning God’s Word. You know that when all else is gone and all else fails, His Word will remain. His Word must be our solid foundation. You know that His Word is grounded in His Love. God is Love. Faith, which comes from hearing God’s Word (God speaking to you down inside your being from His written Word), works by Love. Each day, take the scripture we print and think on it all day. Build a solid foundation.

Hebrews 11:3

…the worlds were framed by the Word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

Personalized Confession:

Since God framed the worlds by His Word, I can frame my world by His Word. I frame my world by the Word of God, so that things which are seen are not made of things which do appear. I call those things which be not in my life yet, as though they were, and they will become. My life, which is my world, from now on will be framed by God’s Word and not my negative words or the negative opinions produced by the words of others. God’s Word is the picture frame of my life. And inside that picture frame, He has painted a perfect picture of me with His Word. I see that picture now and choose only to look at His picture of me the rest of my life. His picture of me is perfect, mature, and beautiful.

The Fruit, Forces of the Spirit

Today’s confession may seem long to you, but I believe it all fits together. Take the rest of the week to confess this word and then I know that you will want to confess it every day of your life as you see the results or the change in your life to become a more Christ-like person. It is changing me every day.

THE FRUIT, FORCES OF THE SPIRIT

Galatians 5:16,18,22,23,24,25, Amplified Bible

I am born again. Therefore, I have the Holy Spirit living in me, with all His fruit or the forces of His Spirit residing in my spirit.
I walk and live habitually in the Holy Spirit.
I am responsive to, controlled by and guided by the Holy Spirit. Then I will not certainly gratify the cravings and desires of my flesh, my human nature without God.
I am guided, led by the Holy Spirit. I belong to Christ Jesus, the Messiah and have crucified the flesh, my godless human nature, with its passions and appetites and desires.
I live by the Holy Spirit and walk by the Spirit.
By the power of the Holy Spirit I have my life in God. I go forward walking in line, my conduct controlled by the Spirit.

The fruit of the Holy Spirit in my spirit, the work which His presence within me accomplishes, is love, joy, peace, patience or steadfastness, gentleness, goodness, faith or faithfulness, meekness, and self-control. These are forces that come out of my spirit and produce Godly results in my life. Out of the abundance of my heart or spirit, my mouth speaks (Matthew 12:34). As I give voice to God’s Word, it releases the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus in my life and the lives of others whose lives I touch (Romans 8:2).

Romans 5:5 and 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, Amplified Bible

Because the Holy Spirit dwells within me, His love, the Love of God has been shed abroad, poured out in my heart.

Therefore, through the power of the fruit or force of God’s Love in my heart:
I endure long and am patient and kind because God’s love in me endures long and is patient and kind.
I am never envious nor boil over with jealousy because God’s love in me is not envious or jealous.
I do not boast nor am I vainglorious because God’s love in me is not boastful or vainglorious.
I do not display myself haughtily because God’s love in me is not haughty.
I am not conceited, arrogant and inflated with pride because God’s love in me is not conceited, arrogant or inflated with pride.
I am not rude or unmannerly and I do not act unbecomingly because God’s love in me is not rude or unmannerly.
I do not insist on my own rights or my own way because God’s love in me does not insist on its own way.
I am not self-seeking, touchy, fretful or resentful because God’s love in me is not selfish, touchy, fretful or resentful.
I do not take an account of the evil done to me nor do I pay any attention to a suffered wrong because God’s love in me does not take account of evil done to Him nor pay attention to a suffered wrong.
I do not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but I rejoice when right and truth prevail because God’s love in me rejoices when right and truth prevail.
I bear up under anything and everything that comes because God’s love in me bears up under all things.
I am ever ready to believe the best of every person because God’s love in me believes the best of every person.
The hopes of God’s love in my heart are fadeless under all circumstances.
I endure everything without weakening because God’s love in me endures everything without weakening.
God’s love in me never fails, fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end.

The Spirit of Faith

2 Corinthians 4:13

We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;

I have the spirit of faith.
I believe; therefore I speak.
I believe in; I trust in; I rely on; I cling to You, Lord.
You are the source of my strength and power.
It is You on Whom I rely and in Whom I build my confidence.
Thank You for taking care of me in all that I do.
I trust You completely with my life.
